Located in the western end of the vibrant, mixed-use Beltline area, this large residential project is ideally situated close to the best urban amenities the city has to offer.
With 444 rental suites spread across one 19-floor tower and one 36-floor tower, the development is targeting LEED certification. A three-story podium joins the two towers, which will be home to commercial space as well a gymnasium, yoga studio, and common room for residents.
