Scope Of Work
When world-renowned Chef Thomas Keller wanted to create a boulangerie in Napa County’s Yountville that would both serve locals and prepare breads and pastries for his restaurants, he turned to Ledcor.
Ledcor gutted and redesigned this building to accommodate Chef Keller’s requirements — including installation of a custom bread oven imported from Europe.
