Scope Of Work
Morimoto Restaurant, built by Ledcor, is the first west coast restaurant by Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef fame. The 7,500 ft2 restaurant, bar and lounge, also integrates retail space where Morimoto kitchen and lifestyle products are featured.
The avant-garde designer restaurant includes a sushi bar with a walnut live edge top, reclaimed timber features and 100-year old grapevines behind the bar.
