Completed in 2008, this 160 unit wholly owned condo hotel sits on 4.25 acres on the Napa River, blocks from downtown Napa.
The property contains underground parking and three levels of occupied space. The units range from 450 ft2 studios to 1,150 ft2 two bedrooms. As can be expected, there are high end finishes reflecting the upscale nature of a four star condo hotel. Granite, custom woodwork, and stonework are found prominently throughout the facility.
