Scope Of Work
175 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units in four 3 story wood frame buildings. One building was over an 83,610 SF podium garage. Bridges connected 3 of the 4 buildings. Large skylights were in the courtyard to allow natural light into the garage along with some of the first bio-swales in the area.
