Scope Of Work
Located in downtown San Jose, Fourth Street Apartments provide 100 affordable multi-family units. The building is two a two story concrete podium with office space, community space and parking, and seven stories of structural steel above. The building has a landscaped courtyard at the podium level and a living green roof. The project achieved a LEED Platinum.
