Complete gut and refurbish of existing residence. Vaulted ceilings, new windows, reworked layout and all new finishes.

All new kitchen cabinets, counters and appliances – install new island

Replace existing windows with new Marvin wood windows

Vault ceiling in kitchen and living room – install and expose beams

Remove existing fireplace facia – resize and install river rock and new mantle

Rearrange floor plan in master bedroom and bat

Install new plumbing and electrical fixtures throughout

Install new high efficiency heater and new ductwork
