Scope Of Work
The Grand at Papago Park Center is a 350-acre, mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona. Whiting-Turner recently completed the first office building in the development, a four-story, 220,000 SF, Class A facility with a 291,000 SF, six-level parking garage for 950 vehicles. The project also involved tenant interior work, which included: Conference rooms Open office space Large training room » Cafeteria Living wall »Game room and lounge » Lobby with imported stone and back-painted glass Whiting-Turner is currently managing construction for another office building at Grand at Papago, which is a nine-story, 350,000 SF facility witha 1,599-space parking 8arage. This project has achieved LEED Silver certifñcation.
