An urban seven story post-tensioned concrete structure that shares a site with the Rodolfo “Corky” Gonzales Branch Library to the north and reaches to the lot lines on the other three sides. The 80 unit residential building includes two levels of parking, community room, exercise facility, a daycare facility, and retail and office spaces.
