Scope Of Work
Taylor Kohrs completed the Niwot Elementary school parking lot and bus loop reconfiguration on a tight summer schedule and was completed before school began. Work included demolishing the existing asphalt and concrete, pouring new concrete, asphalt, curb and gutters, sidewalks, islands; adding new site lights, fence, bus access and drop off, playground equipment, irrigation, landscaping and erosion control.
