Over a tight summer schedule, Taylor Kohrs upgraded the existing playground to Engineered Wood Fiber to meet ADA requirements, the entry landscaping, signage, complete exterior stucco overlay, new metal panel system at the entrance, and re-finish of window and door frames. Installation of additional security cameras, card readers, bottle filler station, additional drinking fountains, window shades, mobile sound system. We replaced art room sinks, clay traps, toilet fixtures with piping replacement, classroom sinks and countertops. In the crawlspace, the domestic and sanitary piping was replaced, minor structural repairs were done due to spalling concrete and steel corrosion and drainage improvements along courtyard perimeter.
