Scope Of Work
Construction consisted of perimeter grade beams supported by drilled caissons, heavy gauge exterior stud walls with masonry veneer, steel structure with joist and deck roof system, and TPO membrane. Demolition work was required to tie in additions to existing construction. Improvements included new administrative offices, library renovation, kitchen and cafeteria additions, classroom additions, and a pre-school addition. There were also remodels to existing classrooms, computer labs, music rooms, libraries, and offices. The projects consisted of major mechanical upgrades, installation of a new elevator, landscaping, parking lot paving, and playground equipment work. These renovations occurred while the schools were occupied and required close coordination with school staff.
