Scope Of Work
Carlin Construction performed as design/builder for this new single-story fire station. The construction scope included 5 apparatus bays, along with administrative and support facilities. Project work included site work, concrete foundations, pre-engineered steel framing and siding with metal stud partitions, and brick veneer wainscot. The roof system is standing seam metal on trusses. Full mechanical and electrical systems were also included in the project.
