David is responsible for quality control & meeting budget constraints. He is more than a Construction Manager, he is qualified to assist in site location & lease negotiations. David also works closely with the architect to assure your project is drawn within a budget. David and PDH have been serving dentists in the Atlanta area for over 30 years!
Oversees all construction projects and implements design criteria. Huber is the onsite liaison between clients and construction personnel. He coordinates with dental equipment companies for the installation and interfacing of all dental equipment.
Tracy oversees job & vendor files, maintains job costs & progress files. She assists David in client meetings and reviews plans for estimating. Tracy routinely makes site visits during construction and reports weekly to the client.
