Scope Of Work

The stately limestone and brick Georgia Baptist Missions & Ministry Center is a perfect example of our breadth of expertise. Located in Duluth, Georgia, it is the headquarters of the Georgia Baptist Convention. We began the project serving as the broker and developer, locating the land in the highly sought after Duluth/I-85 business district, which at the time wasn’t even on the market. We handled the purchase, the assemblage of the multiple parcels and the rezoning of the 42-acre site. We hired the architect, oversaw the design and secured the permitting for the 145,000 square foot facility. With all the planning completed, we put on the construction management hat and ensured that the client's vision was carried through to completion.
