Oxford Properties is a vertically integrated multifamily development and construction team of professionals dedicated to creating value through our expertise and providing luxurious living communities. Oxford Properties was formed in 2002, when Dan Faulk, Jr. and Richard Denny, III left Post Properties to execute their vision of providing communities with affordable and luxurious rental townhomes. Today, Oxford develops and builds all types of rental communities, from townhomes to mid-rise mixed-use communities. Based in Atlanta, Oxford Properties has satellite offices in Richmond and Tampa and is active throughout the Southeast and East Coast.
