This project was developed by Abbott Land in the late 1990’s as part of its 40-acre Industrial Park – Klein Creek Business Center. The project is approximately one mile south of North Avenue/Route 64 in Carol Stream, Illinois.
Abbott Land developed the entire 40-acre parcel and sold off two remaining parcels to other users. It developed the FedEx project on a turnkey basis that included zoning for outside storage and a special use for a trucking terminal facility.
