Scope Of Work
Complete renovation to the existing library and kitchen
The library and second floor classrooms included all new interiors -- from MEP to fixtures and furniture. A floor opening was created from the first to the second story of the library, and a new circulation staircase was added.
The kitchen/cafeteria area includes new electric, plumbing, HVAC, new kitchen equipment and all new finishes
All roofing systems were removed and replaced
