Madison Construction is a fully integrated Construction Management and General Construction company employing some of the most highly experienced and successful individuals in the industry. Madison Construction’s senior staff have managed some of the largest, most complex construction projects that encompass national and regional projects ranging from planned mixed-use communities to premier convention center districts such as McCormick Place. Madison Construction recently completed construction of a 165,000 SF Student Life and Academic Center for East-West University in Chicago’s burgeoning South Loop higher-education district and recently commenced construction on Navy Pier renovations and is in the final stages of Bronzeville Artist’s Lofts on 47th Street, a multi-family multiuse site including an artist’s gallery, retail space and 16 residential units.

Madison was listed as #7 in 2011 and 2012 and as #18 in 2014 on Crain’s Fast Fifty. In 2013, Madison was listed on Crain’s list for Chicago’s Largest Privately Held Companies as well as on ENR’s Midwest Construction’s Top Contractors.
