Scope Of Work
Latitude at River Landing is a state-of-the-art, five-story, wood frame, 308-unit, 656-bed student housing development. Which will serve students at the University of Iowa. This includes a five-story, 450-space pre-cast parking garage. Interior amenities include a fitness center, tanning rooms, cyber lounger, community studying quarters and a 3,000 square-foot retail component. The exterior scope of this mixed-use building will include two courtyards featuring a community gathering area, clubhouse, pool, sports courts, and hot tub.
