Scope Of Work
As part of a master redevelopment plan for Chicago’s historic Union Station, Clark is constructing a 51-story skyscraper and 1.5-acre public plaza in the Loop.
The tower will feature 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space, which will serve as the future home of BMO Harris Bank, and two levels of below-grade parking.
