Clark is constructing Albion at Highland Park, a 271,000-square-foot residential building in Highland Park, Illinois.
The five-story building will include 161 units, a concrete parking garage, and a shared-amenity terrace with a pool, putting green, and outdoor kitchen and lounge area. The building’s façade will be a mix of veneer brick, punched windows, curtain wall, and fiber-cement panels.
