Scope Of Work
2 story, Green roof, LEED certified. This complex 2-story structure was completed one month ahead of schedule. Pre-construction efforts included early budgeting and program assistance to manage scope to budget. RJC's use of BIM Enabled Delivery and Lean Construction saved both time and money. Layout of curved foundations and steel fabrication occurred almost "effortlessly" with 3D field modeling in the BIM compatible Trimble (transit). This facility includes linear accelerator, PET/CT, phlebotomy, and private care rooms.
