Scope Of Work
$4.6 million, 10,000-SF expansion and build-out of the Southwest maintenance hangar facilities at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The project includes an expansion of the airplane storage warehouse and receiving loading docks, several tenant improvements to the existing hangars office facilities, fire alarm and fire sprinkler upgrades, and site improvements.
