Scope Of Work
Continental Properties, a nationwide developer, hired Oliver / Hatcher Construction to build a new ground-up retail facility for PetSmart. The timeframe was quick and efficient finishing in only five months.
The new building is constructed with a steel frame and exterior EIFS and masonry. The interior is an open layout with specific areas for pet grooming, bathing, training, and associate learning and resource spaces.
