Scope Of Work
Oliver / Hatcher recently completed a new multi-floor office space for Stefanini in Southfield, Michigan. The special project features included an open collaborative working space, fully renovated toilet rooms, sound masking system, LED lighting, custom kitchen, and breakrooms and MDF room with customized HVAC controls.
The project was delivered in three phases allowing partial occupancy prior to final completion. It featured an extremely aggressive schedule of four months which included extensive demolition and complete renovation of existing space.
The project budget was reduced by over $1-million by implementing multiple value engineering concepts. Construction was coordinated with overall building upgrades being implemented concurrently by the landlord.
