Scope Of Work

Xfinity, Comcast's retail brand contracted Oliver / Hatcher to build out the interior portions of their new retail stores at four Michigan locations. These locations include Grand Rapids, Rochester, Sterling Heights, and Plymouth. The Xfinity retail store provides customers with the option to explore programming, and experience phone and cable options in a convenient retail environment. The team was provided with a blank interior building shell and built out all interior features including visual storefront, bathrooms, lighting, mechanical and electrical, and plumbing systems. Our team of experts interfaced with Xfinity architects to properly execute the branded architectural space plan that was provided.

The Oliver / Hatcher team tackled this design/build project for the retail spaces with enthusiasm and subsequently was hired to build out several Michigan Xfinity Call Centers in Taylor and Macomb Twp.

Oliver / Hatcher also provided our pre-construction expertise with early-stage budgeting, value engineering and scheduling for this client. All of the Xfinity retail projects featured aggressive schedules and completion dates.
