Scope Of Work
Oliver / Hatcher is providing Construction Management services for the new Berkshire eSupply HQ and Fulfillment Center.
The new BeS HQ campus is comprised of a 57-acre site adjacent to the M5 corridor and directly accessible from frontage along 14 Mile Rd. The site will provide multiple perimeter parking opportunities surrounded by natural and native planted woodlands as well as expanded wetland areas. Additional features include retaining walls and an on-site stormwater detention pond that will naturally permeate back into the local water table. In addition to the sustainable landscaping features, this project also includes exterior and interior LED lighting and on-site bike parking.
