Scope Of Work
The project build-out featured an extremely aggressive schedule of four and a half months from start to finish.
Construction was completed in an occupied building with adjacent tenants.
The new space features high end finishes throughout including audio visual equipment and custom millwork.
The office space's ceiling was covered with an acoustical sound spray throughout to provide insulation, noise reduction, durability and condensation control.
