Scope Of Work
Complete renovation to an existing facility including extensive site work, new facade, siding, windows, and drive-up areas.
A new elevator was installed to make the lower level ADA accessible as well as the construction of a new employee lounge in the lower level.
The Oliver / Hatcher team was also involved in the efforts to achieve LEED Certification on their Alexandria, VA project, which was the first of its kind for Restaurant Depot.
