Project Highlights:
- Construction of a new dialysis center for Greenfield Health Systems.
- This single story brick and stone clad facility offers thirty-three (33) chronic dialysis stations, four (4) large dialysis home training rooms, a fully covered drive-up canopy and ample offices and support spaces for the entire staff.
- Built on a site of a previously removed seven story hotel, the challenges included unsuitable soils found in the location of the previous basement.
