Scope Of Work
The Oliver / Hatcher provided construction management for the new 26,000 SF retail space for TJ Maxx in Frenchtown Township, Michigan.
The interior build-out included spaces for fitting rooms, a cash security area, and an employee lounge. Steel frame construction with masonry exterior and an EIFS veneer was used for the shell. Additional elements include the buildout of the trash compactor and loading dock. This project had an ambitious schedule and was completed in four months.
