Paul has over 35 years experience in the construction and real estate development industries. As President of Oliver / Hatcher Construction, he coordinates corporate resources to fully support the efforts of the project team. Paul’s strong knowledge of governmental rules and regulations provides an ideal background for building effective relationships with local municipalities.

Paul has over 35 years experience in the construction industry overseeing a wide variety of public and private development projects. He has managed a broad range of small and large projects ranging in size up to 1.2 million square feet and $65 million. These projects span from state-of-the-art office and workplace environments to large industrial complexes for clients throughout  Michigan and beyond. In total Paul has directed the construction of millions of square feet of space with a combined value of over a billion dollars.

David has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He works alongside clients from early project inception providing pre-construction planning, scope development, trades coordination, and budget and schedule control. David is a skilled industry professional who is knowledgeable in the unique coordination and project delivery requirements of traditional D-B-B through to fast-track delivery strategies of D-B and IPD. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Michigan.
 

Jason has over 20 years of experience with diverse private development projects including but not limited to commercial office, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing/industrial, hospitality, healthcare. Jason works alongside owners, subcontractors, and design professionals to complete the most detailed and comprehensive bids possible. He provides a holistic approach to maintaining project budgets and schedules while collaborating with key decision-makers throughout the pre-construction phases of the project.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Landscape Architecture, I bring a diverse background with strengths in client service, project management and problem-solving to the Business Development team at Oliver / Hatcher. Understanding the importance of a partnering relationship, I am focused on establishing clear communication channels and aligning the proper team to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget.  
 

I like to think that I am a value-added resource to my clients and the unique project visions that they bring to Oliver / Hatcher. I am a hands-on team member working cohesively alongside owners and design teams from initial conception, community/site selection, entitlement applications, design, and permitting. I am also briefed throughout the construction activities, closeout, and occupancy.  It is my goal to maintain comprehensive project knowledge, provide client satisfaction, and create long-term relationships.
