Scope Of Work
The Falcon Hill Research Park project is the largest US Air Force public/private partnership, and the first one at Hill Air Force Base. Phase I is a 38,000 square ft. Security Forces Squadron (SFS)/Office Special Investigation (OSI) office building on three acres and a second five story, 153,000 square ft. building on 16 acres occupied by ICBM Northrop Grumman. The third part of the scope is a reconfigured west gate entry and new gate.
Ultimately this project replaces 1.5 million square ft. of antiquated Air Force buildings with retail, hotel, office, and restaurant space through in-kind lease payments. Falcon Hill, a 550 acre development, is among the most strategically located aerospace research parks in the nation.
