Description: Installation of a temporary 40 mil HDPE geomembrane cap on +/- 10 acres in two stages, including erosion control, stripping vegetation, grading, anchor trenches, embankment, rip rap swales, Jersey barrier installation, storm drainage, access road, LFG well extensions and restoration.
