Hudson Meridian is the Construction Manager for this high-rise luxury condominium on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Considered one of the top 10 tallest buildings on the UES, this tower will soar 38-floors and reach 470-feet high. 33-units starting at the sixth floor and many will be duplexes with 16-foot-to-floor ceiling heights. Includes commercial and retail spaces on the second, third and fourth floors. Amenities space on the 18th floor includes a gym, spa, and indoor/outdoor lounge.
