Scope Of Work
The project consists of renovating the existing Transfer Station Building, new Electrical Building, new Fire Pump Building, and new asphalt road to enter the Transfer Station. This 2 phase project will start with the Western half of the Transfer Station first and transition over to the Eastern half to finish out the project. The project includes but not limited to partial demolition of existing structure, precast concrete piles, steel pipe piles, concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, doors and hardware, overhead coiling doors, glazing, finishes, knuckleboom cranes, plumbing, HVAC & electrical. Special construction items include lightning protection system, truck scales, metal building for Transfer Station, Electrical Building and Fire Pump Building, metal canopy, fire alarm, diesel fire pump and fire suppression sprinkler system. The site work consists of earthwork, asphalt paving, landscape, irrigation and site utilities
