Scope Of Work

Description: A new 90,000-sf, LEED Silver building to house the Fisheries & Wildlife, Animal & Plant Science departments of the School of Agriculture at College of Agriculture & Technology at Cobleskill as well as the demolition of an existing building. The new building will house spaces for teaching facilities (laboratories, classrooms and lecture halls), offices, fishery facilities and greenhouses.
