The contract, with developer Builtech Services, LLC for national retailer Floor & Décor, included demolition of an existing slab, grading and erosion control, installation of all water and sewage lines, and new paving ($2.5 million value).
Cut to Fill: 4,400 cubic yards
Haul-off Unsuitable Soil: 10,000 cubic yards
Import Borrow: 20,000 cubic yards
Storm Drain: 1,200 Linear ft.
Water Line: 1,500 Linear ft.
Asphalt Paved: 2,800 tons
