Repeat client Sonic Automotive brings Porsche Bethesda and a parking garage to a master-developed city block in Bethesda, MD. This extraordinary dealership achieved LEED Gold certification.
A sleek combination of glass, ACM panels, concrete, and metal siding, the sophisticated Porsche dealership provides 29,000 SF of dealership and service space. Customers are welcomed into the space through the ground-level showroom, which features glass elements and polished tile floors with room to showcase nine display vehicles. Administrative office space is located on the mezzanine level overlooking the showroom. Customers can comfortably wait for their vehicle to be tuned-up in the customer service lounge. The dealership also features a basement-level service and maintenance area with 13 service bays and a carwash.
PARKING DECK
Located in a mixed-use, master-developed city block, the 4-level 45,541-SF parking garage is constructed with future expansion of the area in mind. Featuring precast concrete spandrel panels with metal siding, the garage blends seamlessly into the metropolitan area.
