Scope Of Work
CT Wilson completed this project in two phases, beginning with demolition of finishes and partition walls throughout the 25,251 sq. ft. building. A large interior concrete planter was also removed from the centralized atrium location. Minor structural repairs were made to the slab, roof, and stairwell. Mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing feeders were removed to make way for new systems in the Core & Shell phase.
The Core & Shell phase consisted of major structural redesign at the Fayetteville Street façade to create a grand entryway. The floors were pulled back from the shell to make a full-height atrium space and the existing central atrium space was simplified.
New storefront, exterior canopies, and terrazzo flooring were added at both the Salisbury Street and Fayetteville Street entrances to enhance the façade while respecting the historic aesthetic of the adjoining buildings. All levels are now ready for tenant up-fits.
