Scope Of Work

This clinic will provide physical and mental health services for those enrolled in the TROSA program struggling with addiction. The full service clinic provides meeting rooms, counseling, and exam rooms for patients. Support space and medical offices complete the building program. Due to the nature of the services provided here, the design incorporated warm and contemporary aesthetics. Finishes include polished concrete, resilient flooring, ceramic tile wainscoting in the restrooms, stainless and porcelain fixtures, laminate casework, acoustical ceilings, wood doors, and fresh paint. An elevator provides accessibility to the second floor in lieu of the stairs. A slab on grade foundation supports a steel structure enclosed by a brick curtain wall, storefront glass, and a TPO roof. A decorative metal awning and fire stair complete the exterior. Sitework including parking, sidewalks, utilities, curb, and landscaping.
