Scope Of Work
This was a fast-track project with a significant amount of work to be completed in a short time frame. The project team worked shifts of 12 hour days, seven days a week, to meet the aggressive schedule. Immediately following the conclusion of the 2016-2017 academic year at UNC, interior demolition began. The program was reconfigured and a small food mart was added. Additionally, the Student Store provides textbook ordering and pick-up services, mailing, printing, and shopping for UNC apparel. A sit-in Starbucks, lounge/study , bookstore, and pharmacy are also inside. PME systems were updated and all new contemporary finishes were installed. This project was completed prior to the commencement of the 2017-2018 academic year, as scheduled.
