Scope Of Work
5,700 SF classroom addition. Including four math classrooms, two large science classrooms and a staff lounge/workroom with bathroom. The construction consists of load bearing CMU walls with an elevated concrete slab. The roof is constructed with single sloped bar joist and has a TPO membrane roof and three 5-ton roof top gas units were added.
