Scope Of Work
Streamline completed this new 9,000 SF Equipment Shop for the NC Department of Transportation (NCDOT). The building includes office, parts storage, a break-room, tire change area, wash bay, and 4 pull through service bays that have vehicle lifts and bridge cranes. The effort also included grading, storm drainage, erosion control, site utility installation, an asphalt parking lot, and a sewer lift station. NCDOT nominated Streamline for a Certificate of Merit from the state of NC.

Green Items: Waste oil recycling, energy efficient lighting and heating systems.
