Scope Of Work
Six projects for Greenheck Fan Corporation vary in size and purpose, but serve one common goal: to allow Greenheck to design and manufacture a comprehensive line of top performing equipment that move, control, and condition air.
Beginning with the Kings Mountain, North Carolina location, Greenheck and Choate teamed to deliver a 100,000-SF facility with 50’x50′ column spacing, overhead cranes, load-bearing tilt walls, and a structural steel and concrete mezzanine.
This space is later renovated by Choate Interiors to add additional office and conference rooms.
Subsequent projects take Choate to Tulsa, Oklahoma; the first is a 178,000-SF tilt-wall manufacturing facility. Currently under construction is the multi-phased master-planned campus containing two manufacturing facilities and a 25,000-SF Class-A office complex.
