Scope Of Work
A joint venture between repeat client Lat Purser & Associates and Publix, Square consists of over 30 acres of undeveloped land that is set to feature seven additional outparcel buildings after the completion of Phase I. To ready the complex for construction, extensive site work is required including up to 6-feet deep of earth removal over the entire site.
A combination of masonry, EIFS, decorative canopies, and columns adorn the exterior. The interior upfit of Publix is completed in tandem with a vanilla box finish on the adjoining retail space. Outparcel retail shops are left as shell space, allowing ultimate flexibility for future tenants.
Site lighting and lush landscaping highlight the 419-unit parking lot, provides ample space for customers to leave their vehicles.
