Scope Of Work
Todd Dining Hall (38,000 s.f.) is a high end cafeteria style food servery that was completely renovated to provide the students and staff of East Carolina University a modern facility with a variety of choices of cuisine from Bar-B-Q and Traditional to Deli and Pizza options. The building also houses administration areas for student housing that was not part of the project. The objective was to maintain use of that portion of the facility while the Servery Renovation (17,860 s.f.) was on-going.
