Scope Of Work
Beverly-Grant handled the construction and buildout of two new Diamond Outdoors stores in November 2014. A downtown location was constructed inside the Aloft Hotel on Biltmore Avenue and covers 3,500 square feet of space. Their 14,500 square foot, flagship location was built in South Asheville. Project architecture was a collaboration between local firm Clark Nexsen and national retail branding experts Chute Gerdeman. Beverly-Grant as general contractor for both locations simultaneously.
