Scope Of Work
Beverly-Grant began working closely with Catawba Brewing Company in early 2013 to assist with pre-construction budgeting of their planned Asheville brewery. After various sites were evaluated, Catawba Brewing ultimately chose to renovate 5,500 square feet of space on Asheville’s "South Slope.” Scope of work included a taproom, brew house (seven barrel system with provisions to grow to ten), barrel aging room, testing lab, and office space.
